What the site is

The site presents our Fortnite game development and social media work. Nothing on it is a binding offer: every project is agreed separately, in writing, with its own terms. Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract.

The numbers on the site

Some figures, such as players, plays, views, likes and followers, are pulled automatically from Epic Games, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, or calculated from them. They can be delayed, incomplete or later changed by those platforms, and they are shown for information only. Results in case studies describe past work; they are not a promise of the same results for another project.

Our content

The texts, pictures, videos and design of this site belong to us or to the clients and partners who allowed us to show them. You may share links to the site, but not copy or reuse its content without our permission. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.; this site is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Epic Games. Other platform names and logos belong to their owners.

Using the site fairly

Please do not try to get into the admin or other parts of the site that are not meant for you, disrupt or overload it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or send spam through the contact form.

Connecting your account

• Connect only an account that is yours or that you are allowed to manage.
• You allow us to read the account details and video numbers listed in the Privacy Policy, for showing the results of videos made for us or our clients. We cannot post, comment, send messages or change anything on your account.
• You can withdraw this at any time in your TikTok or Instagram settings, or by asking us.
• TikTok's and Instagram's own terms keep applying to your account.

Links to other sites

The site links to platforms such as Fortnite.GG, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.

Liability

We take care that the site is correct and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage from using the site or relying on the figures on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from then on.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Kubx Studio is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
